Visit a rehearsal and experience the very best of 4-part women's a cappella sound. It's fun and it's challenging! If you haven't seen Pride of Baltimore in action, you don't know what you're missing!

We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7:30 - 10:30 pm. Visit our rehearsal page to read more about our rehearsals and get directions our rehearsal location.
What do I do at my first rehearsal?

• When you get to the rehearsal, look for the bright pink sign welcoming you to Pride of Baltimore and pointing you to the rehearsal hall.
• Membership committee members Peg Homan and Judy Vandever will greet you and ask you to sign our guest book.
• You can choose to watch the rehearsal or stand on the risers.
  • Watching us will let you get a taste of how we sound and give you a chance to see our energy in action.
  • Standing with us will really give you a wonderful taste of what it is like to be in Pride. The choice is yours (but we'd love for you to join us on the risers!)
• If you are new to barbershop, Judy or Peg will introduce you to Sally or Lloyd, our music committee chairs, who will "voice place" you as either a Tenor, Lead, Baritone, or Bass.
• Our music librarian, Carolyn Weger, will lend you music to use for the evening, and then it's time to get on the risers with the chorus for an excting evening of barbershop harmony!
• If you decide you want to audition, we will be thrilled to talk with you about the audition process!
